Unless you've been living on an island, you've probably heard of Captives. They live on an island – the apple isle of Tasmania! And even they have heard of Captives. Towards last year's end, the quintet independently released their debut, self-titled extended play. It boasts an energetic and aggressive sound – an assured result when recorded live and under the supervision of Tom Larkin, better known for his work in Shihad. Our featured track, 'Zombie Dog', is also the first single from Captives debut release and an absolute humdinger. After recently returning to the studio, the band's sophomore record is due for imminent release – stay tuned!
